I was a total baby wearer! I want another one just so I can use my old carriers and try out some new ones! (Ok, so that's not the ONLY reason!) If it was raining, I would strap the child on with the wrap, then take them out, without removing the wrap. When I got where I was going, I would just pop them back in and the fitting was right since I had tied it on me with them in it. Worked like a charm! With the next one, I'm not even getting a stroller!

I have the opposite problem as you. I am 6 ft tall and all the wraps are too short for me, although I did end up making the Moby Wrap work for me. That one is by far my personal favorite. I was telling a rep one day they should pay me for all the wraps I have sold for them by swooning so much about my own.

I had zero success with getting Q-ster into a sling, but I had a bit more luck (read: practice and determination) with Buster. I stopped using it after a few months - I wonder if I should try a hip carry now. He's walking, but when we're all out together, it would take *forever* if we went at his pace.

I have a heart to heart baby sling and love it most of the time. However I am tiny (5ft 100lb) so it's padded shoulder impairs my neck and vision plus it gets a bit uncomfortable during long walks ect.
I really want to try a wrap like the didymos but it is a bit pricy for me as a student. Have you tryed a moby wrap or any other lower priced wraps? What is your verdict on the comfort level of those?

I only have one carrier which is a side carrier. It is not as easy to get laundry or chores down but I've learned to adapt. He is usually so quiet when he's in the carrier. I especially love it when he just stares up at me.

For all the baby wearing I've done and the carriers I have I've still never gotten the back carry down. Even in my Mei Tie which should be easy. LOL Maybe this time I'll finally get the back carry figured out.
